1) If you have shipping agent in China,We do Exw Price,We handed goods to your on my factory.
2)If you dont shipping agent in China,We can do FOB/CIF /CRF Price,We will arrange the contianer for you.
3)Bulk Orders normally ship by Sea,Also can be negotiable if small quanity order.
1) Inline and end of line QC inspection has been processed during the whole process of production which are including the arriving of all the raw materials,woods,fabric ect.
2) When mass production completed,the goods will be inspected by QC manager again.Checking the stability,measurement,color,foam,legs and the shipping mark.

Q: Where is your factory?
A: We located in North of Fujian province,Xiamen city.
Q: Can you accept OEM or ODM ?
A: Sure. we have made OEM and ODM items for many customers. A professional development team to design new items are ready for you.
Q: Can I order samples? Are they free of charge?
A: Yes, we do sample orders for certain customers. Sample fees are needed and we will deduct the sample fee from your bulk order later.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: The lead time is usually 30-45 days after the deposit been received.
Q: What's the payment term?
A: T/T or LC at sight .
Q: Can I ask for compensation if defective sofa found?
A: We promise replace if discrepancy as long as you send photos. Our quality control staff inspects all sofa bed during the manufacturing process to ensure they pass our quality standards. Any faulty product resulting from problems during the production process will be replaced. In the event you receive any item from us which is faulty, incorrect or damaged, please contact us and send us your pictures as soon as possible. We will endeavor to understand the cause and offer a solution.
